Me and my spouse stayed at the hotel for 7 nights to exploring the city. Tachibanaya is situated in an exceedingly central place, it’s thoroughly clean along with the beds are quite comfy! There is just one matter I’d suggest heading ahead and that’s to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking to visit Tsuruoka.

Super hotel, almost everything is within walking distance. Employees are super welcoming and handy and speak wonderful English. You can find activities each and every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s quite small. Great value for the price!

Very awesome and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds were very nice. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment however it´s fantastic for a complete night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will probably book yet again for my up coming come to Tsuruoka.
